KKD's son, Darkwah Kyei-Darkwah, last week openly confessed to being gay, saying he has been gay since childhood.

Lawyer Maurice Ampaw has cautioned gay son of Ghanaian TV personality Kwasi Kyei Darkwah (KKD), not to step foot in Ghana because he is a bad influence on the youth.

KKD's son, Darkwah Kyei-Darkwah, last week openly confessed to being gay, saying he has been gay since childhood.
In a Facebook post which has since been made private, KKD backed his son's sexual orientation, despite suggesting he wished his son was not gay.
Speaking on the matter, Mr. Ampaw, known for his explosive comments, declared Kyei-Darkwah as sacrilege to Ghana.
"He should stay abroad with his gay life and should not come to Ghana because if he comes to Ghana, he is now a sacrilege to the country," he said on GH Entertainment on Accra-based Rainbow Radio.
"He will be monitored by the police and should he engage in any form of sexual relations, with anybody, he will be arrested because his action is a criminal offense. He cannot also marry here in Ghana."
According to him, Kyei-Darkwa is a threat to children in the country, warning that he will spread gayism.
"We cannot allow the young man to come and negatively influence our children in this country. He is a threat to them and cannot come and spread gayism in Ghana," he stressed.
"We will see him as a security threat and someone who is not a morally upright person. He is anti-human and we do not need him in Ghana because of his sexuality. We cannot entertain him in this country,’ he concluded.
